Abstract

This paper provides a comprehensive conceptual analysis of the Snowball Strategy—a dynamic framework for incremental decision-making and cumulative resource deployment across business, economic, and social domains. By critically synthesizing existing literature and theoretical models, this study delineates the core principles, operational mechanisms, and driving forces underpinning the strategy. Specifically, it examines the interplay between strategic actions, cumulative momentum, and feedback-loop amplification that drives potential exponential growth. Furthermore, the analysis identifies critical determinants influencing implementation success, including multiplier effects, resource availability, and dynamic environmental constraints. This research enriches the theoretical discourse on strategic management and decision-making by offering scholars and practitioners actionable insights for executing the Snowball Strategy effectively within complex and volatile environments.
