Professionalization of management in tertiary education system in Southern East of Vietnam
Abstract
For the sake of socio-economic development, the experience of countries around the world shows that we need a perfect higher education system. In order to have a perfect education system one needs to have a similar system of higher education management. This article will cover the professionalism and profession -ssionalization and the accompanying solutions in the management in the field of higher education in universities in Binh Duong province in particular and in the south-eastern provinces of Vietnam in general.
