In addition, the mediator role of job satisfaction is examined in this relationship. The research methodology applied to meet the research objectives included the application of a descriptive-analytical framework, and data were collected using a questionnaire for a stratified random sample comprising 327 faculty and administration staff members. The findings from SPSS analysis indicated that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment in its three dimensions (affective, continuance, and normative).
