The fast integration of remote and hybrid workplace has altered the modern day workplace, both providing flexibility opportunities and providing challenges; such as, stress on employees, work-life balance, and productivity. The paper will discuss the effect of Remote and Hybrid Work Stress and Work-Life Balance on the Employee Productivity among the workers in Uttarakhand. The research makes a specific inquiry concerning the personal impact of the remote and the hybrid work stress and work-life balance on the productivity of the individual employee, the joint impact of the two and the correlation between the two independent variables. Quantitative research design was chosen and primary data was gathered among employees who work under remote and hybrid work schedules in Uttarakhand. The collection of data was conducted with the help of the structured questionnaire within the framework of a seven-point Likert scale. To test the hypotheses of the research, the relationships offered were discussed and appropriate statistical methods were used, including simple linear regression, multiple regression, and Pearson correlation analysis. The results suggest that workplace stress related to remote and hybrid work arrangements is highly correlated with overall productivity of employees and work-life balance is also a key factor in determining productivity outcomes. The integrated analysis also shows that the two factors have a combined effect in explaining the variation in employee productivity. In addition, a significant association exists between remote and hybrid work stress and work–life balance. The light has been shed on the value of developing accommodative and balanced working practices that can recognize employee stress and enhance the work-life integration as a strategy of maintaining productivity in work environments that are more flexible.
