Abstract

This study intended to identify the person of human resources in developing executive innovation among personnel within the organization. The training employed a expressive methodology and utilized a inclusive survey of employees to quantity the role of human resources in completing innovative progress, encircling organizational change and organizational inventiveness. The study's key discoveries revealed a strong constructive correlation between the heroine of human resources and the advance of organizational modernization among employees. Additionally, the results confirmed a affiliation between the role of human possessions and the advance of organizational variation among personnel. The findings also showed a positive relationship between the role of human resources and the support of individual and collective inventiveness within the association.
