Abstract

This research aims to reveal the role of innovative talent strategies, represented by (talent investment strategy, talent retention strategy, talent attraction strategy, and talent localization strategy), in achieving entrepreneurial flexibility. This is achieved through the mediating role of digital transformation, represented by (leadership support, infrastructure, and resource allocation). The study relied on a questionnaire as a tool to measure the level of availability of innovative talent strategies, entrepreneurial flexibility, and digital transformation among employees of Asiacell and Zain Telecom in the Middle Euphrates region. The sample size was (187) employees. Using the special statistical packages (SPSS.V.29) and (AMOS.V.29), the results were extracted using normal distribution, structural equation modeling, reliability coefficients, arithmetic means, standard deviations, relative importance, correlation matrix, and regression coefficient. The study results showed that adopting clear strategies to attract, develop, and motivate innovative talent contributes directly to enhancing organizations' ability to adapt to changes in the business environment.
