Abstract

Basic Emergency Obstetrics and Neonatal Care (BEmONC) services at West Java Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) remain relatively low, with a Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) of 72.5. This low service quality is influenced by suboptimal training, inadequate technology utilization, and the lack of application of Knowledge Management. This study aims to analyze the influence of Knowledge Management factors on the quality of BEmONC services. The study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive-analytical survey design, involving 197 healthcare workers (doctors and midwives) from 22 BEmONC Community Health Centers that offer Basic Emergency Obstetrics and Neonatal Care services, selected using proportionate stratified sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that, of the six dimensions of Knowledge Management, only Knowledge Retention, Knowledge Transfer, and Application of Technology have a significant influence on service quality. This study emphasizes the importance of optimizing technology-based Knowledge Management through training, documentation, and the use of information systems to improve the quality of BEmONC services continuously.
