Abstract

The present work addresses the integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) as a strategy to improve revenue forecasting in organizations. The goal is to demonstrate how the combination of these elements can optimize the financial forecasting process and data-driven decision-making. A bibliographic review methodology was adopted, analyzing books, scientific articles, and other relevant academic sources. The study focused on understanding how the centralization and cross-referencing of data from customer relationship management, business intelligence, and financial planning contribute to the effectiveness of forecasting and strategic decision-making. From the analysis, it was observed that the integration of CRM, BI, and FP&A enables greater assertiveness in forecasts, improves operational efficiency, and enhances resource allocation. Organizations that adopt this approach experience improved financial performance and responsiveness to market dynamics. The integrated and data-driven use of CRM, BI, and FP&A strengthens the competitiveness and sustainability of companies, being essential to respond to the demands of an increasingly dynamic market environment.
