These cooperatives aim to enhance both the material and spiritual well-being of their members. In Quoc Oai district, Hanoi, Agricultural Cooperatives have experienced significant growth, improving members’ livelihoods and contributing to rural socio-economic development. Despite these successes, challenges persist due to the continued influence of outdated models and the absence of a clear strategic direction.
