Abstract
This article attempts to show the harmful assignment accessories of Cameroon’s elite have endured betting at the political, fiscal, fastidious, intellectual and supplementary levels. They have considerably provided to common people defect or disasters in Cameroon. Skillful is need for a model shift from this distressing position to an acceptable individual.
