Abstract
Big 4 logistics companies in Vietnam (leading companies in the field of logistics) play an important role in transporting and managing goods across the country. However, in this industry, competition is increasing and customers are becoming more demanding. In business, creating relationships with customers is an extremely important factor, greatly affecting the success or failure of the business. Customers are the key element of any business. Businesses need to pay attention to customers to respond appropriately to customer needs. Therefore, improving the quality of customer relationships at Big 4 logistics companies becomes an important factor to maintain and expand the market of the 4 companies. Analyze the current state of customer relationship quality at Big 4 Logistic Companies in Vietnam. From there, propose some solutions to improve the quality of customer relationships. Relationship quality and factors affecting customer relationship quality of Big 4 Logistic Companies in Vietnam.
